Describe personal involvement in a social action related to rights and responsibilities
NZQA suppresses grade rates for low-cohort standards.
You need to describe a real social action that you personally took part in, showing which rights and responsibilities it related to. You must explain the issue behind it, whose viewpoints and values mattered, why you did it, and show you thought about how it affected other people's rights and responsibilities too.
You describe your personal involvement in a social action with specific examples, showing the issue, viewpoints involved, your plan, and reasons why you acted.
You describe the strengths and/or weaknesses of what you actually did, showing how well your involvement really protected or advanced the rights and responsibilities of people involved.
You identify better or different ways you could have participated to make your social action more effective at protecting and advancing the rights and responsibilities of those involved.
