Perform a solo or duet dance

You need to perform either a solo dance (you alone) or a duet dance (you and a partner) in front of assessors. The performance must show you can execute the choreography with proper technique, timing, and dynamics, while also interpreting the movements expressively and connecting with your audience.
You perform the choreography accurately with clear movements, acceptable timing, correct size of movements, and demonstrate some dynamic qualities.
You perform competently with control of technical skills, interpret the dynamic qualities of the movement, and use effective focus to support what the dance is trying to communicate.
You perform skilfully with adept execution of technique, show individual interpretation of the expressive and phrasing qualities, and project confidence and emotional connection to engage the audience.
