Demonstrate understanding of an organisation's financial decision-making
This standard asks you to show you understand how organisations make decisions involving money. You'll need to describe what options an organisation considers, which decision they made, and use actual financial data to back up why that decision made sense. It's about analysing real business choices and the people affected by them.
You describe the organisation's options, explain which decision was made and why it solves their problem, and use one piece of financial data to back it up.
You explain why different stakeholders care about this decision and what they think, plus describe what will happen to the organisation and stakeholders as a result.
You analyse how the decision actually takes stakeholder views into account and discuss how the organisation might prepare for or manage the consequences of their choice.
